With a heavy heart, we must announce that our interim director Edwin Ordonez sadly passed away on August 2, 2022. A vigil will be held at the Danbury War Memorial today, August 3rd at 7:00 PM. He was loved and adored by the Greater Danbury area, and his 17 years of service made the Danbury War Memorial what it is today. We have all lost a major piece of the Danbury War Memorial family. Edwin leaves behind his wife, and a baby daughter of 4 months.
